Insurance

Auctiva Insurance is always available at the buyer’s option but all domestic items over $200 and International shipments include Auctiva insurance to cover the value of the item.

Successful bidders will be notified when payment is received, when their item will ship and their package's Delivery / Insurance confirmation number. Upon close of an auction, your item(s) will be boxed & set aside. As soon as payment is received the Mailing Label & packing slip will be printed & you package sent out. Your item will be shipped U. S. First Class or Priority (Buyers choice) in USPS Mail approved boxes, with state of the art packaging material (no newspaper or shredded material). Express Mail shipping is available if desired. If payment is received by 1:00 pm, your item will ship THAT DAY. All items will ship within 24 hours (except Sundays & Holidays) after your payment actually clears.

Requests to ship to an alternate party or address must be confirmed by email or your item will be sent to your confirmed PayPal or eBay address. Items will not be scheduled to close at times when this high level of service can not be rendered.
